Cobb Pregnancy Services operates as a medical clinic that provides limited ultrasounds to confirm a viable intrauterine pregnancy using visual imaging and to determine gestational age using crown to rump measurement. Free ultrasounds are administered by a trained Registered Nurse or R.D.M.S.

Although clients of abortion clinics are almost never allowed to view the sonogram images of their babies, CPS believes such vital information should not be withheld from a woman facing such a decision. The sonogram provides early opportunity for a woman and her loved ones to experience the humanity of her child and to form a personal bond with him or her. The addition of sonography to counseling has dramatically increased the number of undecided or abortion-minded clients who rethink the options and choose life.
